How to Get Started: 

1. Place Your Order
   Choose the lineage or ancestry package that fits your needs and complete your order through our secure portal. A professional sample collection kit will be shipped directly to your address in discreet packaging to ensure your privacy.
2. Collect Your Sample
   When your kit arrives, follow the included instructions to collect your DNA. This is a quick, painless process using oral swabs to lightly rub the inside of your cheek—no needles or blood required.
3. Ship and Receive Results
   Mail your samples back to our partner laboratory using the provided return envelope. Once the analysis is complete, you will receive an email with how to request your raw DNA file so that you can properly upload that file to our DNA Upload Portal at the bottom of this page. You will receive a comprehensive report via email within 7-14 days. Total processing time is 6-8 weeks. 

Option 2: Use Your Existing Raw DNA Data

If you have already tested with another major provider, you can skip the mail-in kit and get your analysis started immediately.

1. Upload Your File: Securely upload your raw DNA data file (in .txt or .csvformat) directly to our portal at the bottom of this page.
2. Instant Processing: Our system bypasses the 6-8 week laboratory wait time by using your existing genetic profile.
3. Get Your Report: Because no physical swabbing or shipping is required, your custom lineage or ancestry analysis will be generated and delivered to your inbox much faster than the standard kit process (7-14 business days).

How to Download Your Raw DNA Data

If you have already tested with another company, follow these steps to get your file. Once downloaded, you can upload the .zip or .txt file directly to our portal at the bottom of this page. Your access code will be in your order confirmation.

1. Ancestry.com

1. Sign in to your Ancestry account and go to the DNA tab.
2. Click Settings on the right side of the DNA bar.
3. Scroll down to the "Download or Delete DNA Data" section and click Download Raw DNA Data.
4. Follow the security prompts to confirm your identity via email.
5. Once confirmed, click Download Raw DNA Data in the final email they send you.

2. 23andMe

1. Log in and click your Profile Name in the top right corner.
2. Select Settings and scroll down to the "Your Data" section.
3. Click View under "Download Raw Data."
4. Review the warnings, check the box, and click Submit Request. 23andMe will email you when the file is ready (usually within an hour).

3. MyHeritage

1. Log in and hover over the DNA tab.
2. Select Manage DNA kits.
3. Click the three dots on the right side of your kit and select Download kit.
4. Follow the instructions to confirm via email and download the file.

4. FamilyTreeDNA (FTDNA)

1. Sign in and click Download Raw Data in the "Autosomal DNA" section of your dashboard.
2. Select the "Build 37 Raw Data Concatenated" file option.

Completing Your Submission

After you finalize your purchase, you will be directed to the Order Confirmation page. This is where the final step of your journey begins. On this page, you will receive a unique access code along with a secure file upload link. Simply enter your provided code and upload your existing raw DNA file (in .zip or .txt format). This secure link ensures your data is correctly synced with your specific order, allowing our laboratory to immediately begin the sophisticated process of reconstructing your lineage.

Expected Timeline for Your Results

We take pride in providing a detailed, hand-assembled analysis, which requires a specific window for accuracy. For those ordering a physical DNA collection kit, the total turnaround time is typically 6 to 8 weeks. This includes the time for your kit to reach the lab, the 30-day laboratory analysis, and an additional 7-14 days for our team to finalize your custom report. If you choose the Raw DNA Upload option, you can bypass the shipping and lab wait times; however, please allow 7 to 14 business days for our specialists to process your existing data and deliver your completed analysis.
