This platform provides genetic analysis, historical mapping, and genetic genealogy consulting services for informational and educational purposes only. Sovereign Seed Lineage Labs, LLC is an independent data analysis service and does not operate a physical clinical or wet-laboratory facility. All physical DNA collection kits sold through this platform are securely processed and sequenced by our independent, accredited third-party laboratory partners.

Analytical results are generated via independent comparisons between user-submitted raw DNA data and available modern, historical, and ancient genetic reference datasets. All findings, including ancestral, tribal, regional, or population affinities, represent statistical probabilities and genetic similarities. They do not constitute definitive legal, genealogical, or historical proof of direct descent, modern biological lineage, or eligibility for tribal enrollment or citizenship. This service does not provide medical, legal, or formal genealogical certification.

User Acknowledgement & Data Sovereignty
By using this platform, you acknowledge and warrant that you have the legal right to the DNA data submitted. Your data may be securely transferred to and processed through third-party systems and databases solely for the purpose of result generation. Users acknowledge that external data processing carries inherent digital risks and is subject to the independent privacy protocols of those third-party providers.

We do not sell your data or share it with external entities for marketing purposes. Users retain ownership of their genetic information and may request the deletion of their uploaded raw DNA data file from our active systems at any time. Please note that data deletion requests cannot retroactively erase information that has already been generated within your finalized, delivered analytical reports.

Refund & Replacement Policy
All sales of Sovereign Seed Lineage Labs DNA Collection Kits and digital analysis services are final. Due to the sensitive biological and customized digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds. In the event of shipping damage or a compromised sterile kit seal, you must contact us with photographic evidence within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a complimentary replacement kit.

By accessing Sovereign Seed Lineage Labs, LLC, you agree to these terms, acknowledge our operating structure, and understand the statistical limitations of genetic data interpretation.
